  • Heat broiler.
  • Toss tomatoes with oil; spread onto rimmed baking sheet. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min. or until tomatoes are slightly charred, turning occasionally. Transfer to medium bowl. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chilled.
  • Cook franks as directed on package. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes in half; return to bowl. Add sugar, vinegar, parsley and mustard seed; mix lightly.
  • Spread buns with mayo; fill with franks. Top with tomato mixture.

Make Ahead

Relish can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as directed.

Use Your Grill

Heat grill to medium heat. Grill franks 7 to 9 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally.


To cut down on chilling time, broil tomatoes and transfer to bowl as directed. Place in freezer 5 min.; continue as directed.
