  • Heat oven to 300°F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Toss tomatoes with vinegar and oil; spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until tomatoes are softened and begin to burst, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, process all remaining ingredients except toast slices in food processor until smooth.
  • Spread cheese mixture onto toast slices just before serving; top with tomatoes.
