Leftover turkey gets a Tex-Mex twist in this easy dish. Heat it between tortillas with peppers, onions and Mexican-style cheese for a tasty quesadilla.

What You Need

4
 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
1/2
cup  chopped leftover roasted turkey
1/4
cup  chopped red peppers
1
 green onion, thinly sliced
1/3
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

COVER half of each tortilla with 1/4 of the remaining ingredients; fold in half.

COOK, 1 or 2 at a time, in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.
