What You Need

env.  (0.65 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Cheese Garlic Dressing Mix

Tbsp.  red wine vinegar

Tbsp.  olive oil

cups  assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green peppers, onions, zucchini and yellow squash)

 flour tortillas (6 inch)

 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

WHISK dressing mix, vinegar and oil until blended. Pour over vegetables in large bowl; toss to evenly coat. Spread onto bottom of rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 20 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

HEAT broiler. Place tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; top with roasted vegetables and cheese.

BROIL 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Roll up.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Variation
Substitute 6 split sandwich rolls for the tortillas. Place bottom halves of rolls, cut sides up, on baking sheet; top with roasted vegetables and cheese. Broil as directed. Cover with tops of rolls.
