Rocky Road Crunch Bars

So good and very easy. I used one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips as opposed to chopping baker's chocolate.

The first time I made these, my fiancee ate them all before the night was over. However, I mad them again for Thanksgiving as a snack and they werent much of a hit at home so I took them to work and they were inhaled by my coworkers. So I'm sold on these 100%. Great snacks.

Very, very easy to make! Co-workers loved it! I made it with skim milk, reduced-fat graham cracker crust, & lite Cool Whip. It was wonderful!!

Omg, i hate marshmallos... i mean i loathe them entirely just everything about them, i don't eat ANYTHING WITH MARSHMALLOW IN IT!!! but i LOVED this it was the perfect mixture of things i got it in a magazine from Kraft once and made it for my best friend after her mom died now shes begging me for the recipe... i suppose i'll share :-) but yes you should def try these and u could subistute the chocolate bar for chips and the peanuts for almonds and its great that way too ;-) TRY IT!!!

There was a little too much honey for my preference. If I were to make this recipe again, I would probably use a little less honey, and maybe melt a little peanut butter in there instead.

To avoid melting the chocolate, I put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before adding it to the partially cooled mixture.
