Rocky Road No-Bake Cheesecake

Sorry, ice cream—rocky road has a whole new gig. Dense cheesecake is studded with marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate for a no-bake way to love this amazing trifecta.

What You Need

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/3

cup sugar

1/4

cup milk

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

3/4

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1/3

cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Make It

MICROWAVE 1 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Coarsely chop remaining chocolate.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and milk with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Whisk in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, nuts and chopped chocolate. Pour into crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

Easy Microwave Melting of BAKER'S Chocolate Squares

Microwave 1 oz. BAKER'S Chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 sec. (The chocolate will retain its shape.) Stir 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted. Add 10 sec. for each additional ounce of chocolate, stirring every 30 sec.

This was a very tasty dessert and everyone loved it, it did not last long at all. However, I had to make it gluten-free by crushing up my own oreos to make it work. They didn't stick too well the way we did it but it was still a great dish even in its gluten-free form. <<< Response from Kraft Nutrition Expert, Jamie ~ We’re glad that your special twist to this recipe was a family pleaser. This was delicious! I used Chocolate chips instead of the baker's chocolate, and I used almonds instead of the peanuts. It doesn't taste like the ice cream, but it was still yummy! will be making this again!

Great for summer dessert. Added more chocolate to give it more chocolatey taste. Everyone loved it. A real winner!

One of THEE best cheesecake recipes I've ever made. My husband, daughter, and myself LOVE THIS! It lasts less than a day when it's made. Made 2 of these and took them into work, and they were gone in under 2 hours. LOVE IT!

I made this for my husband's birthday and he loved it. My son also enjoyed it. I think one thing I would change up a little is I would add a little more of the semi sweet chocolate.

This recipes was very good, I used Graham pie crust instead of oreo, and did pecans instead, very good!!!

I did put in 1-2 T. cocoa with the cream cheese because of the comments that I read, and I used the chunk chocolate pieces for convenience; this went together very quickly and it was delicious and a big hit with everyone.
