  • Mix butter and Italian topping.
  • Top 4 of the bread slices with turkey. Cover evenly with Singles, tomatoes and remaining bread slices. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter mixture.
  • Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this tasty grilled sandwich with a mixed green salad and fresh fruit for a quick-and-tasty weekday meal.

Substitute KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese for the garlic herb Italian topping. Add dash each of garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the butter mixture before spreading onto outsides of sandwiches.

For a great cold sandwich, spread bread slices with butter mixture before assembling sandwiches as directed. Do not grill.

I plan on making this. Tomatoes are in gardens, so this will be a treat. But, before I make it, what is Garlic Herb topping? Where would I find it in the grocery store? What can I subsitute if I can't find it?

I enjoyed the sourdough bread, however I think I will substitute a smoky cheese instead of the slices. It needed something to compliment the bread. I served it with a carmelized onion soup and kettle chips. My husband and stepson liked it a lot.
