It was edible, but I didn't care for the onion taste. I also didn't like the bbq and ranch combo althought I though I would. I felt it was salty as well. I will not make again.
i used canned chicken, fresh spinach, and on hand veggies( tomatoes, celery,cucumber,green pepper,carrot) i used bacon ranch and bbq sauce, it was soooooo yummy!!! my hubby loved it too!
When I told my husband that I needed barbeque sauce for the salad, he had a weird look on his face. I didn't think he was going to like it, but he ended up loving it. So did my 5 year old daughter. It was pretty filling too.
