This tasty main-dish salad provides 1-1/2 cups of the recommended 2-1/2 cups of vegetables per day.
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cut-up grilled fresh chicken.
For best results, prepare using Red Delicious, Braeburn or Fuji apples.

The recipe was a little bland. I'll make it again, but will probably add a few spices or something for a little bit more flavor.
I made this for dinner (I recommend ditching the lettuce and using just spinach) for myself and my boyfriend and we both loved it! He even brought the leftovers to work the next day, got compliments from 2 of his co-workers on how tasty his salad looked! Next time I will candy the walnuts.
