Beef rolls can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap tightly, then freeze up to 2 weeks. Thaw in refrigerator before cooking as directed.
Add 1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and onions, or 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, to browned beef rolls along with the tomatoes and pepper.
