Check meat for tenderness after step 1. If the meat is not fork tender, replace lid on pressure cooker and cook an additional 5 to 10 min. or until steak is tender.
Place first 6 ingredients in Dutch oven. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on low heat 2 hours or until steak is tender. Shred steak, then continue as directed.
