Serve salmon fillets on a bed of grilled, diagonally-cut zucchini slices. (Note: Nutrition information does not include zucchini.)
Fish is cooked when it looks opaque and just begins to flake easily with a fork. Undercooked fish looks translucent and overcooked fish appears dry and falls apart.
Substitute salmon steaks for the fillets.

The whole family absolutely loved it. Can't wait to fix this again. Served it with some oven roasted potatoes that were tossed with olive oil and french onion soup.
This is by far the best fish I have ever made, and I make fish quit a bit! Very good taste, full of flavor! My husband and kids loved it and my kids are 2 and 4 years old! My daughter said she doesn't like salmon but I made her try a bit and she gobbled the rest down! So good for you too!
I did not like this marinade combined with the taste of the salmon.
