  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Toss potatoes with dressing in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 7 min., stirring after 4 min.
  • Spread chops with mustard. Mix coating mix and rosemary in shallow dish. Add chops, 1 at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of chop. Place in center of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; surround with potatoes.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chops are done (145°F) and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 min. before serving with the carrots.

The flavor of the seasonings was good, though. I would have liked it to be crispier, and the potatoes definitely weren't cooked all the way through, and I even microwaved them for an extra minute after reading some of the comments on here. I will experiment with this and give it another try by microwaving the potatoes longer and hoping I get better pork!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SO SO SO Good! SO SO SO Good! This is going to be going to be made again! My husband couldn't say enough about it. I put dijon mustard on both sides before putting it the dry mixture. I doubled the amount of rosemary- great flavor! I cooked it at 400 for 30 minutes instead of 375 and it came out perfect potatoes soft and everything. I steamed some green beans instead of doing carrots its just what I had on hand. I loved the idea of using the microwave for a few minutes and then putting everything on a single foil pan. Quick, and easy to cook and clean up! Try it! :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this for my family, and it was pretty good. I made this for my family, and it was pretty good. My picky 3 year old ate it, so that was a plus. The potatoes were really good, and I agree with all the other reviews, definitely cook them in the microwave longer prior to baking. I cooked them 12 minutes, and I still don't think that was long enough. My husband said that there was too much rosemary, so I think next time I'll alter the recipe a bit and add something other than rosemary. It was worth trying it out, though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this last night and it turned out awesome. I made this last night and it turned out awesome. I'm not a great cook but I'm learning. My boyfriend said this was one of the best meals that I have made. I will definately be making this again, though next time I will probably use more of the Grey Poupon for more of a kick. And you definately need to microwave the potatoes a little bit longer than seven minutes. I did 10 and they were still a little under done.

For the patatoes we used zesty italian dressing and they wear ok they didn't cook very well my mom had to put it in for an other 20 min and they wear hard still. We didn't serve with carrots we had mix veggies with are. But all together it was yummy and we will be making it again

When roasting the potato's and carrots for such little time they should be done after microwaving and the roasting just adds flavor. I roast the carrots also as that adds SO much flavor, all the sugars come out of the carrots and taste wonderful. As for the woman the said the pork chop came out dry, I cook mine on 350 for 30 minutes and then just check them to see if they are done.
