HEAT oven to 350ºF.
PLACE breads on baking sheet; brush with 3 Tbsp. oil. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan blend. Cut each into 8 wedges.
BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix remaining oil and Parmesan blend.
SERVE pita chips with oil mixture.
