  • Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min. or until lightly browned.
  • Add stir-fry vegetables; stir-fry 5 min. or until heated through. Stir in dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder; cook on medium heat 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in broccoli slaw.

Substitute

Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs for the pork.

The pork tenderloin stayed tender, unlike chicken and beef which usually don't (at least for me no matter how hard I try). Full of flavor, unlike many Kraft recipes (which I still really love for many reasons). Kids aged 1, 3 and 6 all liked and Mother-in-law loved it. No leftovers here!

I like that the slaw is a great replacement for rice/noodles. I didn't miss the carbs at all. I'll make this again, but next time with a good spoonful of chili paste!
