This dish was delicious and I will make again. I do recommend first making sure the chicken breasts fit the dish snugly in one layer before pouring the sauce over so as not to waste too much sauce as it burns around the chicken if the dish is too big. Second, line the baking or casserole dish with foil first as I didn't. The burnt on jam mix was not easy to remove.
We LOVE this recipe. I always double the sauce so we will have lots for over the rice and to soak up with the chicken. Yum!
