What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4
cup  finely chopped fresh parsley
1
tsp.  white vinegar
1/2
tsp.  salt
1/8
tsp.  black pepper
4
 potatoes, peeled, boiled and cubed
2
 carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked
1
cup  frozen peas, thawed

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended.

COMBINE remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE 30 min.

Spoon prepared salad into hollowed out tomatoes just before serving.
Cooking Know-How
Add lemon juice or vinegar to the potato cooking water to help keep the potatoes white, using 1 tsp. juice for each pound of potatoes.
