Invented by Italian cooks to use day-old bread, this summer salad is made of bread chunks, tomatoes, olives, onions, Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing.

what you need

1/2
lb.  day-old Italian bread, torn into chunks
3
cups  coarsely chopped ripe tomatoes
3/4
cup  thinly sliced red onion rings, cut in half
1/2
cup  DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/3
cup  pitted ripe olives, cut in half lengthwise
3/4
cup  KRAFT Italian Dressing

Make It

TOSS bread with tomatoes, onions, cheese and olives in large bowl.

ADD dressing; mix lightly.

SERVE immediately.

Great Substitute
Substitute DI GIORNO Shredded Romano or Pecorino Romano Cheese for the Parmesan cheese.
