salad greens

tomato
, cut into wedges

cup
croutons
1/2
lb. deli
corned beef
, sliced, cut into strips
3/4
cup cubed
KRAFT Swiss Cheese
1/4
cup
sauerkraut
, well drained
1/4
cup
KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
Make It
COMBINE
all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
ADD
dressing; mix lightly.

This salad was great! My son asked for the recipe ,so he can make it at college.(he never liked salads)We also loved the Marvelous Monte Cristo salad.

Amazing salad!! Great to bring to work for lunch. I love reubens but hate the extra calories of buttery, grilled bread.

I love reuben sandwiches, and this salad is a much healthier alternative! Whenever I make cold reuben sandwiches, I use coleslaw instead of sauerkraut. So perhaps I'll try it with the sald too.

My husband & I both loved this salad. It was a nice change from the average salad. To cut the carbs, we eliminated the croutons - very delicious!!

It sounds like it could be remodeled for a diabetic. I think it will add variety to my meal plan.

I thought this recipe was very tasty and made a wonderful filling lunch. I served the dressing on the side for those who were watching calories. The same went for the croutons for those watching carbs. It was appreciated by 4 very different moms and they all asked for the recipe.

My mom made this salad i love rueben sandwiches any ways it was totally alsome. she even took rye bread made crutons out of that I will make this again. :)

To help cut the carbs down in the recipe I used sour cream with chives (top the tator) instead of the thousand island dressing.

I made this salad for my husband and he loved it. I actually cut up some pumpernickle bread into cubes and used that instead of the croutons. This salad was awesome!
