Had to tweak the recipe a bit as my husband has some strict diet guidelines for health reasons, but still came out awesome, he really enjoyed it! I had to cut out the cheeses and the dressing, used a tiny bit of EVOO instead and it was still delicious and so easy to adapt, will be making again and trying a variety of vegeatbles and other healthy toppings:)
