Salad-Topped Taco Pizza

What You Need

lb. extra-lean ground beef

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

large tomato, sliced

cups loosely packed torn mixed salad greens

Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in salsa; spread onto pizza crust. Top with cheese and tomatoes. Place directly on oven rack.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

TOP with salad greens; drizzle with dressing.

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips just before serving.

This was really simple to make. Next time I would use about 3/4 lb of ground beef. Also added taco seasoning to beef. Didn't have ranch dressing, used blue cheese. Husband loved recipe.

This was a fantastic weekday recipe! Very filling. We have 5 in our family and so I thought that grabbing 2 pizzas would be best. One would have been just fine. But, there were leftovers for today. I would cut the ground beef a little, however it was delish as it was!

I made this recipe with ground turkey, and put taco seasoning in the meat. I used a refridgerated pizza dough mix and baked it first. Instead of ranch, my family and I put a little lite sour cream on it. My kids crunched up tortilla chips and put them on top as well. It was a hit with everyone!!!

Made this during the middle of the week. It was quick and easy. I have to agree with another poster, I might use a little less ground beef next time. We used Adobo seasoning on the meat and a spicy salsa. I left off the ranch and might try using arugula the next time. It was delicious and something I'll make again!

Real good. I did not use the whole pound of ground beef, I thought it was too much. Next time I will only buy about a 3/4 pound.

3/10/13. I love this. Very easy and fairly quick. I did add Sriracha sauce for some more heat.
