Very Yummy! Very Easy to make!

I modified this a bit. I used salsa con queso instead of just salsa and crumbled a bit of nachos we had left over from Qdoba and sprinkled on top after sprinkling the cheese. It was delicious.

This was really simple to make. Next time I would use about 3/4 lb of ground beef. Also added taco seasoning to beef. Didn't have ranch dressing, used blue cheese. Husband loved recipe.
