The vinegar in the cooking water helps the cooked eggs hold their shape by causing the outer layer of the egg whites to congeal faster.
Fill a 1-cup microwaveable bowl or mug with 1/2 cup water. Gently crack egg into water, making sure egg is completely covered with water. Cover bowl and microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until white is set and yolk is runny. Use slotted spoon to transfer egg to plate. Repeat with remaining eggs.
