Rated 4 out of 5 by from When I made this, I screwed up. When I made this, I screwed up. I didn't read through the cooking instructions before I went to the store. I tried to save money and got an envelope of gravy mix rather than the jar. Didn't realize you had to add it to the beef. Since I didn't have enough, i turned it into a meatloaf. Put in loaf pan and cook at 375* for an hour and 15 minutes. Pour gravy over afterwards. It's a lot easier to make it this way than patting it all out. Turned out great. Tastes great too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My boyfriend and I love this! My boyfriend and I love this! Also awesome because I'm new to cooking, and it wasn't too hard, and is so yummy! I've already made this several times, and it is a regular at our house. Didn't use the chives, and used extra gravy because we love gravy, and skipped over the mashed potatoes directions, and just made mine the way I usually do, but followed the rest of the recipe. Definitely worth trying :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made the steaks per the recipe - very tasty. Made the steaks per the recipe - very tasty. Next time I will sauté the onion first, the onion was a little too crunchy for my liking. These steaks turn out big - had to use 2 large pans to cook them and split an 18 oz gravy between. Probably won't add the water to the gravy next time. For our family of 3, I froze the second cooked batch for another meal for a game night.

The Salisbury Steak was awesome, super easy to make and taste great....however I did make the instant potatoes as directed just to try them. I will not be making those again, they had little taste to them, my kids thought they tasted like cardboard, to make this meal perfect I would make real potatoes or just follow the directions on the box of instant!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Salisbury steak was very yummy. The Salisbury steak was very yummy. I only used 1lb and there was plenty of meat for 6 patties. Because I used less meat, I also reduced the stuffing mix, judging by eye.(I used all the season in the package and took out some bread crumbs) We weren't a fan of these potatoes, so next time I'll follow the box directions or use real pots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Family enjoyed this meal, even had left overs for all of us. Family enjoyed this meal, even had left overs for all of us. Similar taste to a meatloaf. I made homemade mashed potatoes instead of instant, which suits are tastes better. Next time I'm going to use ground turkey instead of beef; and will use 2 jars of beef gravy dilluted with the water so there's extra gravy for the potatoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very yummy! Very yummy! I have shingles and am not feeling very well at all and yet I was able to throw this meal together and please the whole family! I used 2 lbs. instead of 1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger and used turkey stuffing instead of chicken (by accident) but it still came out good.
