My whole family loves these salmon cakes. They are delicious and simple to make. Tastes great with the Lemon dill aioli or with tartar sauce. I love that they are baked instead of fried, especially since it means that I do not have to clean my stove after. To Simplify things, we used really good canned Salmon. Also I am not a Salmon lover, but I do love these salmon cakes, definitely worth a try.
