pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

1/4

cup vegetable oil spread or margarine

Tbsp. chopped onion

can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained

can (7-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked

1/4

cup milk

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

BOIL 6 cups water in medium saucepan. Stir in Macaroni; boil 7 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Remove macaroni from saucepan; drain.

MEANWHILE, melt vegetable oil spread in same saucepan. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.

ADD macaroni, Cheese Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

I usually prefer plain mac & cheese but decided to try this. Diced tomatoes with partial juice overpowered the cheese taste. If you don't mind to give up the cheese taste then go for it!

Yuck! I was hoping it tasted better than it smelled.I like everything in it,but not together. I love most Kraft recipes,but not this one,sorry.

so easy to make, added cream of mushroom and put peas instead of tomatoes. very flavorful and fun! also added mozzarella cheese to make it super cheezy. it was a hit!!

Dh and I really enjoyed it, but dd turned her nose up at it. We're still trying to convince her that fish is good!

For very picky eaters, this is the recipe to make. The cheese hides the fish taste, and the kids loved the added taste of tomatoes.

I substituted tuna for the salmon and used 1/2 the tomatoes. Very good. I had 1 child not like it and 1 child that did like it. I thought it very good!
