  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook salmon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done. Transfer salmon to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Add peppers to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Add cooking creme and spinach; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta. Add to spinach mixture with broth; stir. Top with salmon and cheese; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.

Substitute

Substitute 1 lb. uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp for the salmon, cooking it 2 to 3 min. or until they turn pink.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

    Followed the recipe exactly and it was eaten by my whole family - even the 1 year old! The pasta, vegetables, and salmon went together very well, and made it easy to get some fresh food into my kids. My only complaint is that the lemon flavor is a tad overwhelming.
