Heat broiler. Place fish on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 7 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Drain 2 pouches (2.6 oz. each) salmon; use instead of the broiled salmon.
How to Determine When Fish is Cooked
Fish is done when it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Undercooked fish looks translucent, while overcooked fish looks dry and falls apart.
