  • Add water and seasoning mix; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This turned out really good. This turned out really good. I used whole wheat tortillas and made my own tostada shells. I brushed a little olive oil on them and sprinkled a small amount of cheese, baked on 400 for 5 minutes on each side. I also forgot to put the salsa and lettuce on but it was a big hit. Rally filling too.

I believe the dish could lightened up significantly by using fat free beans, 2% cheese and reduced fat sour cream with little or not effect to the taste.
