Prepare using PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese.
Purchase peeled and cored fresh pineapple, found in the produce section of most larger supermarkets, to make the pineapple pico de gallo. And to shorten the prep time even more, use a purchased rotisserie chicken for the shredded cooked chicken.
The flavorful pineapple pico de gallo can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days before using as directed.

This was a good recipe for lunch time. I made it for dinner and I think that was my mistake. I was not a big fan of the cream cheese/salsa mixture, but I really loved the pineapple pico de gallo. Also, the pineapple pico de gallo juice leaked a lot, so it made my tortilla somewhat soggy, so next time I'll be wary of draining the juice before adding on the wrap!
My husband and I enjoyed these wraps. Nice flavors. However, the kids wouldn't touch them. Unfortunately, probably won't make theses again.
So delicious. Definitely a keeper. So much flavor and my husband loved. The pineapple salsa had so much flavor. It was like a party in my mouth. These would be great sliced into smaller sections for a party finger food also. We had them for dinner as a meal but they would be awesome for lunch as well.
