Very easy recipe for the kids to make. Plus, they love it. We use Tostitos Scoops instead of the Triscit cracker. It makes cute little cups for the fillings and it doesn't fall out.
Use a fruit salsa such as a pineapple or peach or cherry salsa for a delicious variation.
