I enjoyed the extra favor of the hot salsa and so did my dinner guest. Served with baked salmon, along with a baby greens salad with chopped apples, Gorgonzola cheese, raisens and glazed pecans, honey mustard dressing. No bread.

Had I just added the salsa, sprinkled on the cheese and melted under a hot broiler it probably would have been great. The oven time way overcooked and dried out the pasta and cheese
