What You Need

pkg.  (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

tsp.  chili powder
4
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
3
cups  baby carrots (12 oz.)
1/2
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

PREPARE Dinner as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, sprinkle chili powder over chicken; place, seasoned-sides down, in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook on medium-high heat 3 min.; turn.

TOP with carrots and salsa; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and carrots are tender. Serve with prepared Dinner.
