  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk first 4 ingredients and 2 cups milk in large bowl until all ingredients are well blended and drink mix is dissolved. Stir in sugar. Add bread cubes; stir until evenly coated with egg mixture. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 min.
  • Place caramels, chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl. Add remaining milk. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate and caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over pudding.
  • Serve with ice cream.
