This recipe was a sensational hit! I used blackberry Jell-o along with cranberry (and the lemon) and it tasted amazing.

What You Need

1-1/2
cups boiling water
1
pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1
pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
 Ice cubes
1
cup dry red wine or grape juice
8
 fresh strawberries, quartered
1
can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1
cup seedless red grapes, halved

Make It

ADD boiling water to combined gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to wine to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

SPOON fruit evenly into 6 clear dessert dishes; cover with gelatin mixture.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

Substitute
Prepare substituting any red flavor of JELL-O Gelatin for the strawberry gelatin.
