Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious! Delicious! Three out of the four of us thought it was fantastic. The fourth didn't like it as much, but she doesn't really like cheese, so that's probably why. I'm not a soup person, and I thought it was amazing. I'm taking it for lunch tomorrow! I added a LOT of extra cilantro, because I like cilantro so much. I made corn muffins on the side and served it with a salad. Very filling and satisfying. Will definitely be making this many more times!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was really disappointed with this soup. I was really disappointed with this soup. It was OK but could be alot better. I also thought it tasted too much like a cheese dip. It also had too much of a "velveeta" taste for my liking and seemed really bland. After tasting for the first time I added some salsa to give it some taste. Still tasted like a cheese dip but at least it cut the velveeta taste.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've made this soup several times now, and it's always a big hit. I've made this soup several times now, and it's always a big hit. The flavors blend very well together. One tip for getting a smooth broth, I add the cheeses to the cooked chicken mixture, stir until melted, then add chicken broth. Clump free everytime! I serve with lime flavored tortilla chips crumbled on top and a few jalapeno slices for extra kick, Yum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely restaurant quality! Absolutely restaurant quality! Delicious! I added chopped tomatoes towards the end, and instead of using all the nonfat/ lowfat ingredients, I went full force, full calories and full flavor! Defiantly worth it! I also ate this with the scoopable tortia chips,, oh it was good! Defiantly will make this again. If I could give this 20 stars, I would!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This basically is queso dip with bits of chicken in it and I was not impressed with the taste. This basically is queso dip with bits of chicken in it and I was not impressed with the taste. Also, this is a very runny soup which suprised me because of the cheeses in it but I think it comes from the two cans of chicken broth. If I made it again (which is doubtful) I would add some diced tomatoes and cut down on the amount of chicken broth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the best soup! This is the best soup! My whole family really loves when we have it for dinner...I've even made it for larger family get togethers and I have several requests for the recipe every time. I add a couple of chopped ripe avocados to the soup once it's finished (they don't turn brown) and crush tortilla chips as a garnish. Delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from To make this an even quicker meal, I used canned chicken (partially drained). To make this an even quicker meal, I used canned chicken (partially drained). To cut some calories I, used light cream cheese, light velveeta, and instead of fajita seasoning, I used a Chipotle taco packet (had it on hand). It was done within 15 minutes and very tasty (smokey & a bit spicy). Will certainly make it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is by FAR the best sopu recipie that I have made in a long time. This is by FAR the best sopu recipie that I have made in a long time. ALL the flavors are just... AMAZING! Just for fun, I added one Jalepeno and a lime (zest, juice) for an extra kick. If you are contemplating making this, don't hesitate, it's well worth the little time and effort it requires!
