This was really good. The main reason it was good because it was super easy! It was tasty as well. I doubled the amount of salsa, and mixed in a little corn as well. Tasty.

what you need

cups  instant white rice, uncooked
can  (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

COOK rice as directed on package.

ADD beans and salsa; mix well. Reduce heat to low.

COOK 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
