I made this for my family and we loved it. I use salsa con queso instead of salsa to make it cheesy..turned out yummy:-) I also put butter and salt in the rice while cooking it.
This was good and my family liked it. I added frozen corn - which really added to it
I thought this sounded too good to be true and was correct. It was edible but basically tasted like you took some rice and threw in some salsa and black beans.
