Sante Fe BLT

I have made this recipe several times already and decided that I had to give my input when I saw an average rating. The Santa Fe BLT's are a wonderful alternative to the traditional BLT - They taste nothing like the traditional BLT, but are absolutely wonderful. (DO NOT USE MIRACLE WHIP AS A SUBSTITUTE - IT JUST WON'T BE THE SAME.) My husband likes them better than the traditional BLT. This is probably not a recipe that you want to experiement with your children.
