Just gross - landed up wasting all that good meat. I made 4 burgers and we landed up barely eating the 2 we made. It was bland and what little flavor it had was bland. Will not be making this again.
My husband loved this so much, he likes it better than beef burgers. You HAVE to use the basil and yellow tomato, totally makes the burger.
Quick and simple. Everyone in my family enjoyed it, next time I think that I will add some garlic and some Italian seasoning to give it a little more zip.
