Outstanding! My husband and I both loved them. The first time I made these, I used regular cream cheese and added fresh chives and onions from my garden, I also used baby Swiss cheese as I couldn't find Gruyere. It was still great, but I like them better with Gruyere. I do like the fresh herbs and onions, but hard to come by in the winter. This is definitely a keeper.
