I just made this and it was great! I only had two chops, but my roommate had a big chicken kabob in the fridge. I made up the entire recipe for the sauce and am here to tell you, this is great on both pork AND chicken. I covered the chicken kabob with about half the sauce and wrapped it in foil and put the kabob into the oven about half way through the pork cooking time. We both loved our dinner! GREAT RECIPE!
