Saucy Baked Chops

Nothing spectacular

I just made this and it was great! I only had two chops, but my roommate had a big chicken kabob in the fridge. I made up the entire recipe for the sauce and am here to tell you, this is great on both pork AND chicken. I covered the chicken kabob with about half the sauce and wrapped it in foil and put the kabob into the oven about half way through the pork cooking time. We both loved our dinner! GREAT RECIPE!

My husband loves these, and he is not a huge fan of pork chops. They come out very juicy and tender.

Delicious! Pork chops came out tender which is always a pleasant surprise when baking. I doubled the sauce recipe, served with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli. We were all dipping our potatoes in the extra sauce.

So easy and my kids absolutely love it! Use your favorite bbq sauce and wham great and easy dinner!
