This recipe is GREAT!!! My hubby doesn't like pork chops but I gave them to him for lunch anyway. He said that the guys at the lunch table where drooling.... They want to know how to make them because it smelled soooo good. I had to text him the recipe to give to them:)I did sprinkle on some pork rub with the salt & pepper. I use BBQ sauce without honey and I did add another 1/2 cup of the bbq sauce. They where so good. Next time I would like to try putting them on the grill to brown then finish them like the recipe says.
This is delicious, easy to make, and quick cleanup. I used a red pepper instead of a green one and loved it. I also put salt and pepper on the pork chops as they were browning. My husband loved it and was still bragging about it at the end of the night. Definately recommend!!!!
I wasn't too sure about bbq sauce with vegetables but my family loved it, I changed it up a bit with the vegetables and I broiled the meat, I will definitely make it again!!!
