When I first made this receipe I was not happy with how the sauce was so thin and seem to be missing something, so I made some revisions.
I added some cornstarch to thicken the sauce, I also added sliced mushrooms. I cook the mushrooms when I cook the onions and red bell pepper.
For pasta I use bow-tie pasta, 4 oz of dried pasta makes 2 cups cooked. Once I have the sauce cooked and before adding the chicken back I mix in the cooked pasta.
This is still easy to cook and is very enjoyable to eat.
