Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix barbecue sauce, marmalade and pepper sauce until blended.
  • Place half the ribs in single layer in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Bring up long sides of foil. Double fold both short ends of foil to seal, leaving top open. Add 1/4 cup water (or 1 ice cube) to foil packet through opening at top. Double fold top to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat with remaining ribs.
  • Grill 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil packets; return ribs to grill. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.

Size Wise

Ribs are fun to make for a holiday or special event and share with friends and family.

Variation

For a change of pace, brush cooked ribs with a mixture of 1/4 cup each A.1. Original Sauce, HEINZ Tomato Ketchup and apricot preserves instead of the barbecue sauce mixture.

How to Make Serving Easy

Cut ribs into 2-rib sections before wrapping in foil and grilling as directed.

Substitute

Prepare using your favorite flavor of BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these ribs with one change. I made these ribs with one change. Another person suggested using grape jelly in the sauce instead of the orange marmalade. These ribs are far better than any I have bought in any bbq restaraunt. They were very tender-falling off the bone. This recipe is excellent...I was very pleased!

My husband raved over the barbecue sauce, although I used peach preserves instead of the orange marmalade because that is what I had on hand, but it was all just delicious! Very tender and no need to watch it so closely on the grill until the last 15 minutes. We loved this recipe - thanks!!
