I was a little apprehensive about using fresh beans and the crispy texture - but everyone raved about them. The bad thing - they were all eaten in one sitting! My mom liked them so much, she went and bought stuff for me to make more for dinner tonight! They made a nice change and were still relatively healthy and low carb.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Italian dressing and cheese did not go well with the green beans. The Italian dressing and cheese did not go well with the green beans. It had a sour taste, and did not smell very good, either (and I followed the recipe to a "T"). My family usually enjoys being "guinea pigs" for my new recipes from this website, but this was an exception. This was just not a good combination, and I will not fix this again.

I used canned green beans because I didn't have time to go to the store to buy fresh ones. My family LOVED this! My husband & 12 year old son went back for more-- 3 times! I'll definitely be keeping & sharing this recipe. Thanks.

I cooked the beans alittle longer though because I thought they were still alittle too crisp for my liking after the allotted time. Could have just been the beans i used, so be sure to check for your own perference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was sooooo easy and really, really good! This was sooooo easy and really, really good! I was surprised. I used italian flavored diced tomatoes and added a pinch of red pepper flakes to make it even more zesty. We really liked this a lot. I always extra happy when I can eat cheese with my vegetables!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very refreshing recipe. This is a very refreshing recipe. I used frozen green beans and roasted red pepper Italian dressing with parmesan and it was very good. It was a hit with my 16 month old. I served it with the marvelous mini meatloaves recipe from this site and rice.
