Take your cheeseburgers for a walk on the flavorful side! Top them with a garlicky blend of A.1. Original Sauce and guajillo chiles.

What You Need

1/4
cup  A.1. Original Sauce
5
 guajillo chiles, stemmed, seeded and soaked
2
Tbsp.  water (reserved from drained soaked chiles)
2
cloves  garlic, divided
2
lb.  ground beef
1/2
cup  chopped onions
8
 KRAFT Singles
8
 hamburger buns
1/2
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
8
 lettuce leaves
1
large  tomato, cut into 8 slices

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

BLEND steak sauce, chiles, water and 1 garlic clove in blender until smooth. Strain; set aside.

CHOP remaining garlic. Add to meat and onions in large bowl; mix lightly. Shape into 8 (3/4-inch-thick) patties. Grill, covered, 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles. Grill 1 min. or until Singles begin to melt.

SPREAD bottom halves of buns with mayo; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and sauce mixture.

How to Reconstitute Dried Chiles
Wear plastic gloves when removing stems and seeds of chiles. Place dried chiles in small bowl. Add enough boiling water to cover chiles; let stand 10 min. or until chiles are softened. Drain chiles, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the soaking liquid for use in the sauce.
