Rated 5 out of 5 by from We absolutely loved this recipe! We absolutely loved this recipe! I've made it three times in the past week because everyone wants to try it and those that have had it once want it again! I double the sauce every time I make it because it is so good and the rice really soaks it up. Just make sure you use a whisk to melt the cream cheese and get the sauce fully combined before adding the chicken back in or it might be difficult to combine. I'm so glad I found this recipe; it's definitely a new favorite!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I thought this was very flavorful. I thought this was very flavorful. The Honey Mustard Sauce itself was the best (as long as you didn't let it get too cool where it gets very gelatin-like). I think this recipe could be improved by grilling or broiling the chicken and then topping it with the sauce. It might also be beneficial to add a little bit of milk to the sauce to help the sauce the stay creamy as it cools. The recipe, however, gets an "A" for flavor and simplicity!

My 4-year old and 2-year old have not eaten dinner that well in a long time, so that has to say something. I went light on the dressing based on other reviews and I'm glad that I did. I also thought the mustard was a little strong so I'll go lighter on that next time too. Suggestions: - Drail oil before adding sauce, it gets a little oily. - Pre-mix sauce before adding to chicken - Dbl batch of sauce is too much, but 1.5 is good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great week night recipe. This was a great week night recipe. It was so easy and quick. Did not require a lot of attention when making. The sauce is a bit strong so I would agree w/ using a little less Grey Poupon, maybe only 1 to 1 1/2 tsp, but the flavor is very good. I seasoned the chicken before cooking and only put a thin layer of sauce on the chicken since it is a bit thicker. But the family and I loved it and we will definitely be making it again.

I was a little afraid to try this recipe because I was worried (like some others) that it would tast to much like the cream cheese or dressing so i added a little milk and a little more honey and a little bit of vanilla...made in a sep. pan also and WOW...it was very good and blended well..not to much zest and not to much cream cheese. Will do this again. Don't be afraid to try new things!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Hubs and I really enjoyed this! The Hubs and I really enjoyed this! It was very interesting, but in a good way. All of the sauce ingredients have very distinct flavors so I was worried how they would meld together. You could taste each ingredient but we thought they went really well together. I added salt and pepper, and then some milk to thin out the sauce a bit. Yum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved it. My family loved it. It was very easy. I used fat free dressing and low fat cream cheese to cut back on the fat and all was still very tasty. My only problem, maybe from the fat free cream cheese, was I couldn't get it to smooth out and completely mix with the chicken still in the pan. But like I said, my family loved it.

I probably overcooked the chicken, because I'm paranoid like that, but it browned up and darkened the sauce. It was pretty good that way! The chicken ended up drenched in the sauce during the "heat and stir" part, so that was tasty. Surprisingly good.
