  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until breasts are evenly browned on both sides.
  • Combine tomatoes, broth, dressing, oregano and Italian seasoning; pour over chicken. Bring just to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
  • Top chicken with onions and cheese; cook, covered, 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and cheese is melted.

Special Extra

Garnish with 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
