Line slow cooker with foil, with ends of foil extending slightly over top. Prepare meatloaf as directed; shape into loaf. Place in prepared slow cooker; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours). Top meatloaf with sauce and cheese. Cook, covered, 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with hot mashed potatoes or cooked pasta.
Substitute 1 cup pasta sauce for the pizza sauce.

My husband and son loved this meatloaf. I have made it several times. One night the two of them actually ate the meatloaf.
We do not eat meatloaf in my house...we actually call it meat chunk, but I made this one day because I honestly was tired of the same ole stuff. And my family LOVES it!!!! I make homemade pizza sauce instead of using jar sauce. And its a hit everytime!
This recipe is quick and easy. My family absolutely loved it. Leftovers are just as good.
